HOSPITALITY GREECE 2025\u20132027<\/strong> este o ini\u021biativ\u0103 privat\u0103 na\u021bional\u0103 a <strong>Destination-Management.co<\/strong> , care vizeaz\u0103 instruirea \u0219i capacitarea profesioni\u0219tilor \u0219i angaja\u021bilor din sectorul turismului grec. Viziunea sa este de a crea un model de turism mai inteligent \u0219i mai sustenabil, care s\u0103 \u00eembine ospitalitatea centrat\u0103 pe om cu inova\u021bia tehnologic\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea durabil\u0103. <\/p><p><strong>Principalele obiective<\/strong> ale programului sunt \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea competen\u021belor profesionale, introducerea de noi tehnologii (IA, robotic\u0103), promovarea practicilor ecologice \u0219i stabilirea unei culturi unificate de profesionalism \u0219i excelen\u021b\u0103 \u00een servicii. Proiectul aspir\u0103 s\u0103 pozi\u021bioneze Grecia ca model interna\u021bional de <em>Destina\u021bie Turistic\u0103 Inteligent\u0103 \u0219i Durabil\u0103<\/em> . <\/p><p>Programul de instruire este structurat \u00een jurul a cinci piloni tematici principali:<\/p><ol><li>Ospitalitate uman\u0103 \u0219i servicii pentru clien\u021bi<\/li><li>Competen\u021be digitale \u0219i de inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 \u00een turism<\/li><li>Opera\u021biuni sustenabile \u0219i ecologice<\/li><li>Promovare \u0219i branding pentru destina\u021bii<\/li><li>Inova\u021bie \u0219i experien\u021b\u0103 client<\/li><\/ol><p>Implementarea va avea loc \u00een <strong>trei faze<\/strong> (aplica\u021bie pilot, lansare la nivel na\u021bional, platform\u0103 digital\u0103 \u0219i conferin\u021b\u0103 final\u0103), cu un <strong>buget total de 1,2 milioane EUR<\/strong> . Colabor\u0103rile cu organisme institu\u021bionale (Ministerul Turismului, GNTO, Camera Hotelier\u0103 Elen\u0103, autorit\u0103\u021bile regionale \u0219i locale) vor asigura acoperirea \u0219i sustenabilitatea pe termen lung a proiectului. <\/p><p>Programul include <strong>seminarii de dou\u0103 zile (14-15 ore)<\/strong> pentru grupuri de 30-50 de participan\u021bi, combin\u00e2nd \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea experien\u021bial\u0103, ateliere de inovare, aplica\u021bii de instrumente de inteligen\u021b\u0103 artificial\u0103 \u0219i practici de sustenabilitate.
